As mentioned before Heliopolis has a multicultural approach to it and that has a reflection on the lifestyle of the people residing and working within its buildings.

The Heliopolis crowd rate from upper middle class up to the president and a bunch of politicians. To speak of architecture in Heliopolis, as architecture will always be a factor within many relating to lifestyle, we chose a building very close to the president's residence used as government headquarters. The building was formally the Heliopolis palace hotel and was considered and still is an ultimate architectural masterpiece.

The hotel was built in 1908-10 and designed by Belgian architect Ernest Jaspar, the contractors were Leon Rolin & Co. and Padova, Dentamaro & Ferro and Messrs, Siemens Schuepert of Berlin. The interiors were designed by Alexander Marcel of the French Institute and decorated by Georges-Louis Claude. All together the hotel the hotel boasted 400-rooms including 55 private apartments and was considered Africa's most luxurious hotel.

Heliopolis is considered very strong commercially, and getting stronger, the prime stores on every shopping item can be found in Heliopolis and for common shoppers Heliopolis is where they have a blast.

security around Heliopolis is very strong, but that doesn't keep away small-time outlaws but nothing to fear, Cairo as a whole has relatively low crime rates for a big city.

Heliopolis itself is getting steady most lands are occupied and most buildings are considered new to be pulled down and replaced but the neighborhoods around specially Nasr City and El Nozha experience rapid growth
